4cl of wisky or rum of your choice
1 sugar cube
1 Dash Angostura Bitter
1cl Shimmy Premium liqueur
Put the sugar cubes in a tumbler glass, drizzle with Shimmy liqueur and Angostura.
Then muddle with the remaining ingredients and fill up with ice. Stir the cocktail for about 8 minutes (until the sugar has dissolved). Then decorate with an orange zest.
